Caroline County Foundation
About Us
The Foundation is an all-volunteer organization, having no paid staff and no investments or hard assets. Funding will be provided through ongoing major gift fundraising conducted by a volunteer Board of Directors and appointment Fundraising Committee. For the purposes of this application, the Foundation’s activities are summarized below, with estimated percentages of resource (cost and volunteers’ time) allocated.
75% Fundraising
25% Administration (meetings, correspondence, record keeping, accounting)
The Foundation will conduct its activities through those on its Board of Directors.
History and Activity
2014 – Recognized 1st major donor, Aggregate Industries, a local environmentally responsible producer of high quality construction materials, with a donation of $50,000.00 over 5 years.
